A high-quality 2MT (No. 2 Morse Taper) Tailstock Die Holder Set, ideal for accurately cutting external threads on the lathe. Designed to fit lathes with a 2 Morse Taper tailstock, including Myford ML7, Super 7, Boxford, and other compatible machines.
Features
- 2 Morse Taper (2MT) shank.
- Suitable for imperial round split dies.
- Floating die holder design allows approximately 1½" (38mm) of travel for improved alignment and smoother thread cutting.
- Die holders are retained on the shank by a locating pin running in slots on either side of the holder.
- Includes a punch for quick and easy removal of the retaining pin.
