From the manufacturer of our Kiridashi Kogatana marking knives, a superb quality laminated knife designed to be used either right or left handed, the vee pointed end giving the option of marking just as well in either direction. These are made by laminating a high carbon steel (Aogami Blue Steel) which will take an edge like no other steel to a softer but tough steel backing. Edge hardness HRC 63.
