Description

Small, neat and much more useful than merely handy. This square has some of the functionality of a larger rafter square. The difference being, you can pop this into your apron pocket. It’s always on hand, when it comes to laying out small joints where a full size square is just too clumsy. Another advantage of the reduced size is its usefulness in checking squareness on confined spaces or that of a blade to a table on a scroll saw for example.

The square is machined from a solid aluminium extrusion, anodized and laser etched on both sides. The vertical edge is graduated in millimetres. The hypotenuse features angle graduations, marked every 10°. Pivoting the square against the edge of the work and rotating it to your chosen angle, is a quick and easy method of marking angles on small workpieces.

The base on the 60mm pocket layout square is 14.3mm wide. The base has an offset of 3.2mm on one side and 6.35mm on the other.
